The event was aimed at enlightening the final year students of BBA, BCA, BMLT, and BHM departments about the significance of vision and interpersonal skills within the context of interview rooms. With a wealth of experience in the corporate world, Mr. Sarkar shared invaluable insights and tips to empower the students to seize the moment and excel during interviews.

The Power of Vision:
Mr. Sarkar initiated the session by emphasizing the importance of having a clear vision when entering an interview. He encouraged the students to define their long-term career goals and understand how each interview aligns with their aspirations. He explained that a strong vision not only fuels motivation but also helps candidates present themselves confidently as they articulate their career objectives.

Understanding the Role of Interpersonal Skills:
The speaker then transitioned to discuss the role of interpersonal skills during an interview. He underscored the fact that beyond technical knowledge, employers seek individuals with excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills. Mr. Sarkar cited real-life examples from his professional journey to highlight how effective interpersonal skills had played a pivotal role in his own success.

Preparing for Success:
To thrive in an interview, preparation is key. Mr. Sarkar shared some practical tips on how students can adequately prepare themselves before the interview day:

1. Research the Company: A comprehensive understanding of the company's history, values, and recent developments demonstrates a candidate's genuine interest and commitment.

2. Analyze the Job Description: Tailor responses to showcase how skills and experiences align with the job requirements, leaving a lasting impression on interviewers.

3. Master the Art of Storytelling: Engaging anecdotes and examples from personal experiences can effectively showcase relevant skills and achievements.

4. Practice Mock Interviews: Conduct mock interviews with peers or mentors to refine communication, body language, and responses to common interview questions.

5. Show Enthusiasm and Confidence: Exhibiting enthusiasm for the role and confidence in one's abilities instills trust in the interviewer.

Navigating Challenging Questions:
Facing challenging questions during an interview is inevitable. Mr. Sarkar guided the students on how to handle such situations gracefully. He advised maintaining composure, seeking clarification if needed, and framing thoughtful responses rather than panicking.

The Q&A Session:
The seminar concluded with an interactive Q&A session where students eagerly posed their queries to Mr. Sarkar. They sought guidance on various topics, including career growth, industry trends, and overcoming interview anxiety. Mr. Sarkar patiently addressed each question, leaving the students feeling inspired and motivated to seize opportunities in their future endeavors.
